Send and request DCHAT, choose a fee tier, pay inside a chat, stake and claim rewards.
Sending DChat: contact mode, address mode, and memos
Open Send
From the Wallet screen, tap Send.
Pick a recipient
Choose contact mode and select someone, or switch to address mode and enter (or scan) a dc1… address.
Enter an amount
Use a quick-amount button or type a custom amount.
Add a memo (optional)
Attach a memo up to 60 characters.
Confirm
Review the fee estimate (see below) and send.
Choosing a fee: Slow, Normal, Fast
Before you confirm a send, DChat simulates the transaction to estimate the gas it needs, shows you an estimate, and lets you pick Slow, Normal, or Fast. A safety margin is added on top of the simulated gas so transactions don't fail from underestimating it.
Requesting a payment and payment bubbles in chat
Tap Request Payment, enter an amount on the keypad, and add an optional note up to 128 characters. The request appears in the chat as a payment-request bubble the other person can pay directly from; completed payments also show up as their own bubble in the thread.
Reading a transaction in the explorer
Every payment links to the live blockchain explorer, where you can watch it confirm. Balances and amounts are shown in DCHAT; internally the chain tracks the base unit udchat where 1 DCHAT equals 1,000,000 udchat.
Staking: delegations, rewards, and claiming
The Staking screen shows your total staked amount, pending rewards, your delegations, and any unbonding entries. Tap "Claim All" to collect every pending reward at once. Unstaking starts a 7-day unbonding period, your DCHAT stays locked and non-transferable until it completes.
